You can't export them outside of Forumfree, what you can do is to create a forum, install a skin there and customize it as you wish.
You can even install the base skin of this layout: https://baseskin.forumfree.it/#gsc.tab=0 and hardly customize it as you prefer to try to make a completely new skin.. -

Thanks, i was thinking in making my own app and offer fully customizable skins. Since it can only be done inside the control panel, won't help much. .
